Which is more likely to be your favorite: a computer scientist, or a scientist with a PhD?
The answer is pretty much always a computer science graduate student or a PhD researcher, but this year’s poll was conducted by an entirely different algorithm.
This means that the top two choices were both computer science students and PhD researchers.
There are also a couple of interesting statistical findings: Computer science grad students tend to be younger and less educated than their PhD peers, and PhD students tend not to have a PhD. The data also shows that computer science grads are also more likely than PhD students to have received a bachelor’s degree.
The next step is to see how this correlates to the number of articles published on Computer Science, Computer Science PhDs, or Computer Science.
For the purposes of this survey, I’m only going to focus on Computer Scientist articles, but we can see that Computer Science is one of the most-published fields in the field of computer science.
