AI is getting smarter and more capable
AI is coming to the world of computers, but not necessarily in the form of machine learning algorithms.
In a blog post, Microsoft’s AI team describes how they are already on the road to developing artificial intelligence software, and how Microsoft is already creating its own AI programs.
The team also shared a list of the most powerful AI algorithms they have developed so far, and revealed the most advanced algorithms in their toolbox.
We are at a point where we have the most complex and powerful AI programs, Microsoft said.
The article is an excellent reminder of just how powerful AI has become, especially in the last few years.
While AI is still far from being a universal solution for every problem, Microsoft is not saying it will be the only way to build the AI ecosystem for the foreseeable future.
The company is focused on a few key areas of AI that could potentially help drive the next generation of AI, such as self-driving cars, autonomous drones, and other new technology.
“There is a real opportunity for AI to play a central role in the next wave of computing and information,” said Markus Stoecker, the co-founder of Microsoft Research and the lead author of the Microsoft Research 2017 blog post.
Microsoft is also focused on how AI will evolve in the future, particularly in the area of self-drive cars.
“In the next few years, we are going to see AI and robotics evolve to a point that is truly disruptive to the way we live,” he said.
